Adult Program

Adult Program Expectations

  • Each student is responsible for maintaining an environment of positive learning by observing and following a standard of behavior that is respectful to their instructor and to their fellow students
  • Students receive a contact sheet during their second meeting of class. Students should inform their instructor of any contact information they do not wish to be shared with the class. Additionally, students should exercise care and respect in the use of this information.
  • Due to the sequential and cumulative nature of the classes, regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Students are expected to prepare for class (this includes rehearsal outside of the classroom) and also participate during class.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to alert their teacher(s) of any physical limitation that they may have as well as any medications they are taking that may have an effect on their work.
  • Students enrolled in acting classes must be able to participate in and attend Final Scenes at the end of the semester
  • Harassment in any form, whether based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, age, or physical disability will not be tolerated. *See Anti-Harassment Policy
  • Any student who violates the program expectations of Studio Acting Conservatory will be discharged at the discretion of management. Students who engage in gross misconduct will be immediately and permanently discharged.
  • The Conservatory reserves the right to deny registration of future classes and/or workshops if a student does not perform adequately based on the teacher’s evaluation.
