Principles of Realism
Class Overview
Principles of Realism helps students develop a process and approach to text using stimulus-response, motivation, characterization, interplay, and subtext. The class uses creative exercises such as pantomime and improvisation to introduce concepts which are applied later in the class to scene work on a character from a realistic play.
Movement 1 is recommended to pair with Principles of Realism.
