
Movement 1
Class Overview
Movement teaches students to identify, relax, and warm up parts of the body that hold tension. Students will work to develop free movement and expressiveness. This class introduces tools to work on specific posture, gesture, and movement, allowing students to expand their physical potential.
Movement 1 is recommended to be paired with Principles of Realism, but can be taken at any time or point within the curriculum.

Prerequisites needed: None.
A $100 registration fee will hold your place for any class on the schedule.
Students pairing an acting class with a voice and body class in the same semester receive a $125 discount.
