Standard Stage Speech
Class Overview
Standard Stage Speech is designed to provide tools and strategies for speakers with regional or foreign accents who want to increase intellegebility and broaden their range as actors. Students learn basic and advanced tools for accent modification and dialect acquisition, including: articulation warm-ups, speech anatomy, and the International Phonetic Alphabet. These tools are applied to text using the General American Dialect.

Prerequisites needed: None.
A $100 registration fee will hold your place for any class on the schedule.
Students pairing an acting class with a voice and body class in the same semester will receive a $125 discount.
