Alexander Technique Intensive

Class Overview

This intensive taught by SAC Faculty member and certified Alexander Technique teacher Diana Bradley is held over two weekends. Alexander technique can help actors learn to become more creative, spontaneous, and expressive on stage and off. Students in this intensive workshop will focus on recognizing and relinquishing unwanted patterns of thought, movement, and behavior.
