Registration, Refund, & Discharge Policies
Class Registration Policy
Studio Acting Conservatory requires tuition to be paid in one of the following methods:
- Payment in full at the time of registration
- Payment of a non-refundable $100.00 registration fee for each class and/or each workshop at time of registration with balance of tuition paid at time of first class.
Registration cannot be guaranteed until the registration fee is paid. The student is required to immediately replace registration and/or tuition payment resulting from returned checks. Replacement payment must be in the form of cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card. The charge for a returned check is $25 and must be included in the replacement registration fee and/or tuition.
Students are not allowed to attend class if their tuition has not been paid. Tuition must be paid by the 2nd class.
Students are not allowed to join a class if they have missed the first two classes without prior arrangement.
Class & Workshop Refund Policy
Registration fee of $100 cannot be refunded.
The balance of tuition paid will be refunded if the student requests a refund in writing prior to or within three business days of the first-class meeting.
Refund requests for two-day workshops must be submitted in writing at least one business day prior to the workshop.
Discharge Policy
A student who is discharged from the program due to repeated disruptive or dangerous behavior in accordance with our policies, excessive absenteeism, or excessive lateness will not be eligible for tuition refund.
