Space Rentals

Renting Space at SAC

SAC has four studios which are available to rent, as well as the upstairs lobby. Rentals have a two hour minimum and include the use of folding chairs and tables upon request. Renters will receive a dedicated door code for their rental in order to access the building.

Please note that staff assistance with doors, guests, printing, etc. is not available for rentals.

Rental Policies

• Spaces must be restored to how you found them. Any marks or messes must be cleaned up
• Conservatory rehearsal furniture and props cannot be moved between levels. (Upper Level props and furniture cannot be moved down to the Lower Level and vice versa).
• The Last Supper artwork in Studio B must not be touched. It is behind the curtained wall.
• The barn door, which attaches the lobby to Studio A, is delicate. If used, slide the door carefully and do not lean on it.
• Lobby furniture and decor are not to be used.
• Studio lights must be turned off when you are finished in the studios.
• The school is located on a residential street. Any outdoor rehearsals and performances must be at a considerate volume.

Safety Rules

• No one should enter the building if they are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or other contagious diseases; masks are encouraged for anyone recovering from contagious illness.
• Use only the entrances indicated on the map to enter and exit the building. Do not use the emergency exits, except in the event of emergency.
• Do not to share entrance codes with anyone outside of your rental participants.
• Do not let anyone outside of your group into the building.
• Make sure entrance and exit doors close completely.
• Use of the lift is limited to persons with mobility-related disabilities.
